CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

At BseenBsafe our aim is 100% customer satisfaction and therefore we conform fully to the UK consumer's rights and the EU distance selling regulations. You may cancel an order any time before the goods have been shipped by telephoning us. Please note: we aim to ship orders placed before 1pm the same day.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cooling off period where we will offer you a full refund if you request one in writing via email within the 7 working days following the receipt of your order.  This includes the original delivery charge but excludes the cost of returning the goods to us. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and not show any signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt so that we can immediately trace your return. Please write on the back why you are returning the item which helps us with quality control.

If you wish to return the item for an exchange the same rules apply but please write more details on the back of your receipt.

As soon as we receive your return in a resalable condition we will either refund* or swap and inform you straight away.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs for all cancelled and returned orders.

All claims for damages or shortages must be received within 3 days of receipt.  Non delivery must be reported within two weeks of invoice date.

If you have received faulty items please email us with a description and photo of the fault and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair, replacement or refund.

*Refunds are only given after considering other outstanding debts on the account. Any debts that are due will be deducted from the requested refund. All refunds are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.
