Introduction and Regulations

Transporting dangerous goods by road presents unique challenges, making compliance with ADR requirements not just a legal obligation but a critical safety measure. The ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) sets out strict guidelines to ensure that any spill of hazardous substances is managed quickly and effectively.

Components and Equipment

A well-stocked ADR spill kit will also include robust disposal bags, which are crucial for the safe collection and disposal of used absorbents and contaminated materials. The collecting container, provides a secure way to store both solids and liquids until they can be disposed of properly.

Experts recommend regularly reviewing your spill kit to ensure it is fully stocked and that all equipment is in good condition, ready to handle any event that may arise.
