New for 2011/2012
New style 100 mm Limited Quantity labels are required on all LQ packages going by sea after 31/12/2011.
New style 250 mm Limited Quantity placards are required on all for shipping containers, label on all four sides, and vehicles,
labels on rear and two sides, when they contain only dangerous goods packed in Limited Quantities going on a sea journey.
ADR 2011 250 mm Limited Quantity placards required to be displayed to the front and rear of all vehicles on road journey with an
unladen of weight more than 12 tonne and carrying more than 8 tonne of dangerous goods only packed in Limited Quantities.
Cost per label and postage and packing charges for labels are based on the total quantity of labels purchased regardless
of the mix of designs - the more you buy the cheaper each one becomes!

Hazchem Signs / Vehicle Labels - 250mm x 250mm single sheets
A range of 250mm x 250mm vehicle hazchem labels/placards/warning diamonds printed on vinyl in single sheets with crack-back peelable backing paper.
IMDG requirement:
Prices are per label based on the total number of vehicle labels on your order - so, for example, an order of 20 hazchem vehicle labels for each of five different designs qualifies you for the 100 label price. The more you buy the chaper they all become. Postage and packing charges are also based on the total number of hazchem vehicle labels/Hazchem signs purchased regardless of the mix of designs.

Vehicle label Limited Quantity 2011Self-adhesive IMDG and ADR 2011 transport diamond for vehicles transporting goods under the "Limited Quantity" exceptions.New label design to conform to the requirements of ADR 2011 and IMDG Amendment 35-10 For carriage by road all vehicles carrying more than 8,000 kilo of dangerous goods in limited quantities are required to display the limited quantities sign to the front and rear from 1 January 2011, unless the vehicle is carrying a dangerous goods load and therefore displaying orange plates. For carriage by sea all cargo transport units carrying dangerous goods packed in limited quantities are required to display the LQ sign on two sides and the rear, for shipping containers the label is required on all four sides. The old LTD QTY signs can continue to be used for both sea and road to the end of 2011, the choice of label is optional until this date. |

Aluminium label plate and galvanised plate holder ADR 2011: the requirement for vehicles carrying more than 8 tonnes of dangerous goods packed in Limited Quantities to be marked with the new LQ diamond has created a requirement for a simple display panel and the arrangement above allows one label to be used many times simply by inserting and removing the panel as required, not only does this make the labelling more economical but it makes the removal of labels when not required so much easier. The holder is fitted with a retention device which holds the plate in place but allows easy removal when not required. Obviously this same system can be used with any vehicle placard marking. |

Magnetic rubber panel (250mm x 250mm) 250 x 250 mm square of magnetic rubber, make your own magnetic transport class placards and LQ placards. These magnetic rubber panels are manufactured from the strongest magnetic rubber readily available and they are 1.5 mm thick. Simply attach the Class label of your choice and attach magnetically to any steel substrate, if the substrate is not steel we also supply self-adhesive steel tape, attach this to your substrate and the magnetic panels will attach magnetically to the tape. |

All vehicles carrying dangerous goods in packages above the load threshold must display a hazchem orange plate of size 200 x 300 mm to the front and rear of the vehicle. The hazchem orange plate must be secured in such a way that it remains visible in the event of an accident.

Folding orange plates 120mm x 300mmADR requirement:
All vehicles carrying dangerous goods in packages above the load threshold must display a hazchem orange plate of size 200 x 300 mm to the front and rear of the vehicle. The hazchem orange plate must be secured in such a way that it remains visible in the event of an accident.
These plates can only be used on small vehicles where space is restricted and they are folded over using the same turnbuckle securing device as the larger versions. As with the larger orange plates the requirement is one plate showing at the front and one plate showing at the rear. Material of manufacture: Aluminium. |
